1. Acceptance and operator
By downloading, accessing, or using GSCAnywhere, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. GSCAnywhere is an independent application operated under the VibeCodingHub.org brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use GSCAnywhere for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
2. What GSCAnywhere provides
GSCAnywhere is an iPhone client that lets you connect a Google account, list the Search Console properties available to that account, retrieve read-only performance data, and review deterministic comparisons and signals on your device.
The app requests the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly scope. It does not
obtain permission to modify sites, Search Console users, settings, sitemaps, or URLs.
You remain responsible for deciding which account and property to connect and how
to use any information shown by the app.
3. Google accounts and authorization
You may connect only an account that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting that account, complying with its applicable policies, and maintaining appropriate access to each Search Console property.
You can sign out and clear local data or disconnect Google access from Settings. Google may also expire, restrict, or revoke authorization. If authorization is no longer valid, some app functionality will stop until you sign in again.
4. Limited license and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GSCAnywhere on Apple devices that you own or control.
You may not:
- use the app unlawfully, deceptively, or to access data without authorization;
- interfere with the app, Google APIs, security controls, or other users;
- attempt to extract credentials, tokens, or confidential information;
- misrepresent GSCAnywhere as an official Google product; or
- copy, resell, or distribute the app except as permitted by law or applicable open-source licenses.
5. Google, Apple, and third-party services
GSCAnywhere depends on Google Sign-In, Google Search Console APIs, Apple platform services, and network providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, account decisions, data completeness, or policy changes.
The app license distributed through Apple's App Store is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless App Store Connect presents another applicable license. Mandatory platform terms control if they conflict with these Terms.
6. Privacy and your data
Our Privacy Policy explains how Google account information, Search Console data, local storage, support correspondence, deletion, and revocation are handled. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
You retain your rights in the data associated with your accounts and properties. Using the app does not transfer ownership of that data to GSCAnywhere.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We may maintain, update, limit, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, policy compliance, or product focus. Google API delays, quotas, outages, account restrictions, and incomplete or anonymized Search Console data may affect what the app can display.
We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, account, property, or future third-party service change.
8. Informational results, warranties, and liability
Metrics, comparisons, anomaly labels, and explanations are informational tools, not professional SEO, legal, financial, or business advice. They do not guarantee search ranking, traffic, revenue, indexing, or any other outcome. You should verify material decisions using appropriate source data and professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSCAnywhere is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of GSCAnywhere will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, traffic, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time. You can disconnect Google access, clear local data, and delete the app. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably needed to address unlawful use, abuse, security risk, policy violations, or discontinuation of the service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, law, or third-party requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when changes are published. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or another appropriate channel before it takes effect where required by law.
